Arrowhead Ranchettes

Arrowhead Ranchettes is a nice, small, covenant free subdivision close to the Spanish Peaks State Wildlife Area, and only 30-40 minutes to Trinidad, CO. Several artists and many spiritual healers oriented toward "community" make their home here. Mobile homes and manufactured housing are acceptable and a majority of the parcels have power and phone available. Most parcels have fairly gentle terrain with ponderosa pines, douglas firs, and occasional aspens.
